• $50,000 – $60,000 annually

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Set up new customer accounts and related documentation
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting support functions
• Maintain and organize financial data in company systems
• Assist with account reconciliations and reporting activities
• Support day‑to‑day accounting operations and administrative tasks
• Contribute to special projects as responsibilities expand

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional work efficiently
• Experience with bookkeeping or entry‑level accounting functions
• Net Suite experience is a plus
• Interest in growing into expanded accounting responsibilities
