Job SummaryThe Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development is seeking students to assist in performing various administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities- Admit visitors/guests into suite
- Greet and assist visitors/guests
- Manage phone calls and walk-ins
- Sort and distribute mail
- Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Submit facilities work order requests for office
- Assist with meetings; securing catering, room reservations, room setup, preparing name tags/tents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications- Currently enrolled Auburn University undergraduate student
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and/or ZOOM
- Friendly and approachable
Pay Rate $12.00/hour
Work HoursWork Hours 10-15 hours/week
