What You'll Do- Sales:
Meet with future residents to understand their needs and preferences, and present our community and lofts that match their desires. Respond professionally and promptly to all inquiries, ensuring a seamless leasing process. - Customer Service:
Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our community, comply with all Fair Housing laws, and ensure leasing office and common areas meet the highest quality and safety standards. Communicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members, providing top‑notch customer service. - Administrative:
Assist in generating and distributing notices, maintaining organized work environments, preparing leases, and coordinating resident move‑ins and move‑outs. Document all communications and ensure smooth operations.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including MS Office suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for market surveys and community functions.
- Previous experience in apartment complex management is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma level of education or above.
- 1+ years of apartment complex management experience preferred.
Salary: $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
Bonus and incentive plans are additional potential benefits.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
