• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of in-person customer service experience
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift 15-25lbs throughout the shift
• Availability to work weekends, especially during the busy spring/summer season
• Ability to handle challenging customer service situations professionally
