Director of Customer Relations Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Lead and develop a team of four.
• Manage the warranty process from customer request through resolution.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and difficult situations.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear, proactive communication.
• Work closely with Construction, Sales, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop solutions to prevent them.
• Ensure customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of.

Director of Customer Relations

Qualifications:

• A natural fixer who takes ownership and finds solutions.
• Excellent with people and comfortable handling difficult conversations.
• Calm, professional, empathetic, and confident.
• Strong communicator and highly organized.
• A proven leader who can hold a team accountable.
• Experience in homebuilding, construction, warranty, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
