Internal Medicine Opportunity Near Auburn, Alabama
Earn up to $350,000 Annually with No Inpatient Work or Call
This outpatient Internal Medicine role offers the chance to practice relationship-based care in a setting built for balance, autonomy, and long-term satisfaction. Located just minutes from Auburn, this well-established practice combines strong patient demand, experienced clinical support, and flexible scheduling, making it an excellent fit for internists who want to focus on patients without the weight of inpatient responsibilities.
Practice Overview:
Established outpatient group with six physicians and eight advanced practice providers
One hundred percent outpatient Internal Medicine with no inpatient work or call
Adult and geriatric-focused patient population with flexibility to shape your panel
Collaborative environment with experienced NP support
Practice culture centered on continuity, quality, and community care
Schedule:
Choice of a 4.5- or 5-day workweek
Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
32 to 34 patient-facing hours per week
Dedicated administrative time is built into the schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary of $260,000 with total earning potential up to $350,000

Candidate Profile:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients
