This outpatient Internal Medicine role offers the chance to practice relationship-based care in a setting built for balance, autonomy, and long-term satisfaction. Practice Overview:
Established outpatient group with six physicians and eight advanced practice providers
One hundred percent outpatient Internal Medicine with no inpatient work or call
Adult and geriatric-focused patient population with flexibility to shape your panel
Collaborative environment with experienced NP support
Practice culture centered on continuity, quality, and community care

Schedule:

Choice of a 4.5- or 5-day workweek
Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
32 to 34 patient-facing hours per week
Dedicated administrative time is built into the schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary of $260,000 with total earning potential up to $350,000
