Job Summary

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma
• Child Development Credential (CDA)
• 9 hours of approved coursework in child development or Early Childhood Education from a regionally accredited Institution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties from the director and lead teacher.
• Work with individual or small groups to reinforce skills introduced by the teacher.
• Perform clerical and record-keeping duties as assigned by the director and lead teacher.
• Handle discipline as directed by the director and teacher.
• Operate and care for equipment and materials used in assignments.
• Report to the teacher any problem or special information about students.
• Keep all information concerning school business, students, and personnel confidential.
• Refrain from giving orders to or expressing judgment of teachers or other employees.
• Collect anecdotal notes on standards that are taught.

Annual Calendar Days: 9 Months (187 Days, 7.5 hours/day.)

Salary will be prorated for the remainder of the 2026-27 school year.
