The Director of Finance and Central Functions will oversee financial operations, manage reporting processes, and provide strategic financial direction to support the organization's goals. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes, and contributing to the company's financial planning and budgeting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Opelika, AL, requiring excellent leadership and communication skills to manage central functions effectively and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights
• Proven managerial experience and the ability to lead finance and central function teams
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar financial leadership role preferred
