Opelika CDJR is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager who can drive productivity through effective and values-centered leadership. The individual's past work history must exhibit a skill set and profile of success.

• Provide financing options to customer
• Work closely with sales team to achieve financial services' goals and objectives
• Offer extended service contracts and owner protection programs to customers
• Ensure necessary documentation and submission is complete for all deals
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Ensure that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
• Oversee completion and submission of financing documents
• Act as liaison between customer and lending institution
• Ensure adherence to F& I reporting requirements of company
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards
• Promote and maintain good CSI

• At least 2 years automotive dealership F& I producer experience with proven track record
• CDK experience, preferred
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
