POSITION SUMMARYThe Clinical Outcomes Coordinator, RN works under the Quality division in the Office of Patient Safety and serves as a resource for quality data collection/analysis, patient safety, accreditation and performance improvement. This position must have an analytical ability to use data, and evidence-based standards to identify potential opportunities to improve care and recommend action plans. This position serves as a key resource for several clinical teams and departmental meetings.
Also, this individual is responsible for performing quality reviews, as needed, for departmental leadership. Individual must be highly organized, and data driven to successfully serve as a resource for clinical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- Registered Nursing License
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Data Management and Analysis
- Quality Management/or Performance Improvement experience
- 3+ years of Healthcare experience
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
