EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CARDIOLOGY SERVICE LINE - CARDIOLOGY SUPP POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Director of Cardiology Services provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for all cardiology and cardiovascular service lines across the organization. This role is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, operational efficiency, financial performance, quality outcomes, physician alignment, and program growth. The Executive Director works collaboratively with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and executive teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

• Minimum Education
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH) is highly desirable
• Minimum Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physician practice management and ambulatory care operations/hospital outpatient departments, specifically in the cardiovascular service line.
