Position: Front Desk Clerk- Part Time (Night Auditor)
PCH Hotels and Resorts -  - Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner and manage arrival and departure procedures;
Verify room blocks, pre-registration, and pre-assignment of rooms; assign rooms based on location, rate, guaranteed room types, Marriott Reward Members, or group status;
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction;
Post, correct, or adjust charges to guest accounts and manage cash handling procedures;
Maintain front desk reports and assist guests with inquiries, including hotel services, local amenities, and travel directions
