Job Details
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment, with a strong focus on servicing middle‑market commercial clients.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Deep understanding of how insurance products are structured, utilized, and administered, along with extensive knowledge of carrier markets and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems, including Sagitta and Image Right.
