Import and Compliance Specialist
Car Tech, LLC is seeking a qualified Import and Compliance Specialist to support import operations, logistics coordination, and trade compliance activities within its automotive manufacturing supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of imported materials and inventory in internal systems
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and monitor end-to-end material flow
- Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations, including HTS classification and documentation requirements
- Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues with suppliers and freight providers
- Manage import-related procedures, policies, and internal compliance documentation
- Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment terms with suppliers
- Review material specifications and support procurement-related documentation
- Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding logistics and compliance matters
- Support continuous improvement of import and supply chain processes
