-DAY & NIGHT SHIFT Production Workers

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Production Workers. If you value teamwork, consistency, and a clean, safe work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: Night Shift: $15.50 per hour / Day Shift: $15:00 per hour

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00AM
• Day Shift : 6:00AM- 6:00 PM

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)

Opelika, AL

Production Workers support the debunk and inspection areas by stacking and wiping work-in-process (WIP) trays, managing scrap materials, assisting with packing, and helping maintain a clean, efficient production environment.

• Stack, wipe, and organize trays on dollies
• Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with packing finished products
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

• Prior production or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
