Responsible for the coordination of all activities required for monitoring, counting, and maintaining the accuracy of inventory levels of packaging, raw materials, and finished products.

• Productivity/quality standards: working capital, product integrity, inventory levels, accuracy, timeliness and thoroughness
• Project /assignment standards: adhere to procedures, discrepancy resolution and reporting.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Safety standards and procedures: employees, facility and warehouse equipment

Education and experience equivalent to:

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

2 + years of relevant work experience in inventory management, purchasing, transportation, logistics, shipping and receiving in an automated environment.

Knowledge of (B/basic; J/journey; E/expert):

Skill and ability to:

• Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service. ( E )
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing. ( E )
• Forklift, pallet jack operation. ( E )
• Maintain accurate inventory levels. ( E )
• Must be capable of completing counts of products from location within the racking system. ( E )
• Must possess excellent mathematical computation abilities. ( J )
• Must be able to read and process written information with a high degree of technical accuracy. ( B )
• Demonstrate ability to make rational decisions consistent with Company policies and procedures. ( B )
• Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. ( B )
