Outreach Coordinator – Office of Sustainability
The Office of Sustainability seeks an Outreach Coordinator to assist with planning, marketing, and execution of outreach efforts during the academic year.
Essential Functions- Lead planning and execution of outreach events.
- Develop engagement activities for office outreach.
- Present content to student organizations and classes.
- Collaborate with campus groups and offices on partner events.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Word Press and campus booking forms.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled Auburn University undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior).
- Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, collaborative, detail‑oriented, capable of independent work.
- 15 hours per week during academic terms; not during class breaks or finals week.
- Provide cover letter, resume, copy of transcripts (unofficial), and sample of work.
- Experience organizing and executing on‑campus events.
$20.87 per hour; 15 hours per week.
LocationAuburn, Alabama.
