POSITION SUMMARYPerforms and documents patient physical assessment to identify priority care needs, obtains a detailed medical history, identified patients at physiological and/or physiological risk. Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, orders tests and consults as required by plan of care. Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors in Nursing, and Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of post masters certificate program for nurse practitioner.
- Adult NP Certificate RN.
- Certification for advanced practice Licensed or eligible for licensing in Alabama.
- BLS within 90 days
- MSN
- 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
