POSITION SUMMARYAssist the registered nurse and/or provider with data collection, appropriate medical interventions, and patient education. Perform these duties through teamwork, while exhibiting high customer service and patient safety.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum EducationGraduate of an LPN school.
Minimum ExperienceN/A
Required Registration/License/Certification- Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as LPN.
- BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.

Preferred ExperiencePrior physician office experience.
Preferred Registration/License/CertificationIV Therapy Course/Training.
