Nurse Practitioner - Eaps

Performs and documents patient physical assessment to identify priority care needs, obtains a detailed medical history, identifies patients at physiological and/or physiological risk. Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, orders tests and consults as required by plan of care. Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.

• Bachelors in Nursing, and Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of a post‑masters certificate program for nurse practitioner
• Preferred one year of medical experience from a similar setting.
• Required Registration/License/Certification
• BLS Certified within 90 days of hire
• Adult NP Certificate RN. Certification for advanced practice Licensed or eligible for licensing in Alabama.
• Registered Nursing License
• Preferred Education
• MSN
• Preferred Experience
• 1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification
