Position SummaryCook foods according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served per management or following approved recipe. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Clean and sanitize work areas & equipment.
Position Qualifications- 1 year of Institutional or Fast Food preparations
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- 3 year Serv Safe certificate within 90 days
- Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred Experience:
2 years of Institutional or Fast Food preparations - Preferred Registration/License/Certification: 5-year Serv Safe Certification or Equivalent food protection manager certification
