Oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries;
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships and take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, and direct picking/staging of parts for delivery;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained and that vehicle inspections are completed on time;
Verify product/merchandise and warranty parts are billed before customers leave the store; ensure returns are processed and credited timely;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed and support customer labor claims processing
