Part-time Donor Door Greeter; ADC

Job Summary

Our retail store provides essential services to the community, and as a Donor Door Greeter, you will welcome donors, safely receive donations, assist customers, and process donation records using a hand‑held device.

• Greet donors quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service.
• Receive donated goods by unloading vehicles and carrying items into the store.
• Provide receipts to donors and maintain accurate donation records with a hand‑held device.
• Organize donations into bins to support accurate processing.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep the work area neat and clean.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading donations.
• Work in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.

• Ability to use a hand‑held electronic device.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience working in a retail or customer‑service environment (preferred).
• Warehouse experience (preferred).
• Availability to work any shifts Monday through Sunday.

A part‑time position averaging 20‑25 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs. Availability for any shifts Monday through Sunday is required.

• Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
