Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Agency Sales Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving sales growth across diverse markets. This energetic role offers the opportunity to leverage your outside sales expertise, negotiation skills, and multilingual abilities to expand our reach and deliver exceptional service. As a vital part of our organization, you'll engage with clients, develop tailored solutions, and contribute to our mission of providing comprehensive insurance and financial products that meet individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering suitable insurance and financial solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct retail sales presentations to educate clients about product features, benefits, and coverage options.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive communication channels.
Skills
  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM software, and basic analysis skills for market research.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles to effectively promote products and services.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and telemarketing best practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
