Position SummaryAdvanced Maintenance Duties and Tasks.
Required Qualifications- Technical School Degree or 5 years’ experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.
- 5 years’ experience as a maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.
- Driver’s License
- Certification or License in one of the following:
Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC fields. - Minimum of one-year experience in a health care environment preferred.
