The Level I Senior Technician role is the entry senior technician role. This position is responsible for independently completing standard HVAC service work, basic to moderate diagnostics, and delivering consistent quality and professionalism.

• Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues.
• Complete service calls independently with limited supervision.
• Escalate advanced diagnostics appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication.
• Follow all safety and company procedures.

• 2-3 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues
• Professional and clear communication with customers
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
