Position SummaryAdvanced Maintenance Duties and Tasks.
Position Qualifications- Technical School Training or 10 years experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.
- 10 years’ experience as a HVAC maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- Universal Freon License or Technical School Degree within 6 months of hire/transfer.
