Pay: $26.75–$40/hour with $2/hour night shift premium.

• Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs.
• Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections.
• Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs.
• Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts.
• Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls.
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop and servicing company vehicles.
• Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools.
• Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude.
