• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform comprehensive HVAC inspections, including health and safety evaluations.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommend repair or replacement options that best meet the customer's needs.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time to minimize callbacks.
• Document all service work accurately using Service Titan, including equipment information, materials used, and completed repairs.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Protect customers' homes and leave every job site cleaner than you found it.
• Coordinate with dispatch, management, and other departments to ensure outstanding service.
• Promote the benefits of Sensigreen Club Memberships.
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians while helping develop the next generation of HVAC professionals.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements.
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.

• EPA Certification (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferred (2+ years is ideal, but motivated candidates with the right attitude will be considered)
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, GPS, and Service Titan or similar field service software
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality

This position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined spaces. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials throughout the workday
