Faith Technologies is seeking a Quality Control Electrician to ensure safe, code-compliant electrical installations on commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will inspect and test electrical systems, verify adherence to NEC, company, and project specifications, and document all quality findings. You'll troubleshoot deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with project managers, foremen, and engineers to maintain high workmanship standards.
Working in a safety-first, team-focused environment, you'll support continuous improvement, mentor apprentices, and contribute to innovative, design-build electrical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects for code and specification compliance.
- Verify adherence to NEC, company standards, and project requirements, documenting all inspections and test results.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and assist in correcting electrical deficiencies and quality issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to validate proper installation methods.
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, engineers, and crews to resolve quality concerns and plan rework when needed.
- Promote and enforce safety-first practices, ensuring all work follows Faith Technologies and site safety protocols.
- Support continuous improvement of quality control processes and contribute feedback to standards and procedures.
- Mentor apprentices and electricians on best practices for quality electrical installation and testing.
- Use appropriate electrical test instruments to validate continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, and system performance.
- Participate in project meetings and provide status reports on inspection findings and corrective actions.
