• Participate in onboarding and technical training under the mentorship of a senior developer.
• Learn and apply version control and testing practices.
• Develop, maintain, and update Android and iOS applications through OCV’s proprietary systems.
• Collaborate with Support and Project Management teams to resolve client issues and support production workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying computer science, software engineering, information systems or other related field.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Working knowledge of JSON and command-line tools.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and motivated to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
