Summary

As a CDL-A Refrigerated Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring timely deliveries. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, your core skills in truck driving and commercial driving will be essential in navigating various routes. With a focus on refrigerated trailers, your premium skills in manual transmission and load management will enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a CDL-A refrigerated truck to transport goods safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
