QualificationsAnd Desired Experience
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting students from PreK through 12th grade
- Strong understanding of school-based assessments, special education services, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to support special education eligibility and services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
- Assist with the development and application of behavioral interventions and positive supports
- Work directly with students to enhance social, emotional, and academic success
- Contribute to response-to-intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) initiatives
