• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with the attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
• Documents all services provided and submits them on appropriate forms and reports changes in patient condition and need to RN.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Louisiana license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including 12‑hour shifts.
