Pay and Commission
$13.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.72 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

- VACATION:
Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full‑time service. Eligible employees are provided an additional week (40 hrs) of vacation after completing one (1) year of active employment and two (2) weeks (80 hrs) of vacation on each anniversary date thereafter (state/local adjustments apply). 120 hrs after five (5) years. - SICK/PERSONAL:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six (6+) months of management/third‑level experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for day‑to‑day store operations and promoting a positive, productive environment. They partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage Customer Relations/Customer Satisfaction. This position sets the tone for a customer‑centric environment.
In addition, this position analyzes store financial statements to ensure financial goals are met, commits to the company's asset protection program, promotes the business, and targets new customer acquisition. All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and much more.
This role offers an hourly wage, plus Assistant Store Managers earn commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. Pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
- Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets prescribed First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring all procedures are followed for asset protection.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer processes and procedures within the store, covering inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise‑level reporting.
- Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
- Ensure that operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
- Communicate clearly with employees to ensure they understand the store’s mission and profit objectives.
