Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide training for employees and conduct performance evaluations.;
Open and close the store, ensuring proper staffing and operations at scheduled times.;
Review ordering plans and manage inventory to meet in-stock targets; handle Basic Stock Replenishment.;
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure cash handling procedures and store security practices are followed.
