Operations Development

You will play an important role in defining how to operate the largest Direct Air Capture plants in the world in the most efficient way. You will work on high‑priority projects to support the scale‑up journey at Climeworks.

You will build a world‑class management system and business process model (BPM) that governs how every part of Climeworks operates. You will map processes, document what exists, and engage with the wider teams to design what’s next. You will be empowered to challenge the status‑quo, and shape the future of our operations.

You will be in a unique position to learn in depth how Climeworks is structured as a business, covering all business units, functions and departments. You will be involved in discussions involving each of our end‑to‑end value streams, gaining an extensive oversight of all activities in Climeworks.

You will work closely with colleagues across all departments and will have exposure to leaders in every business unit. Your role will be to understand how they work, and translate this information into process flows, creating new procedural documents.

You will communicate results, findings, and observations clearly and concisely to peers, and present them in business reviews. You will serve as a collaborator and advisor on projects aimed at process optimization and operational development, and contribute to strategic initiatives to scale DAC technology.
