Job Summary
Full Time School Nurse at Opp Elementary School. This is a LPN position.
Responsibilities- Observe students for development and health patterns, make nursing judgments and diagnose.
- Implement plans for students with chronic health problems.
- Coordinate administration of medication.
- Valid/current Alabama State Nursing License (LPN).
- Minimum three years of successful experience.
- College graduate with a B.S. degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum three years experience in the field of Pediatrics.
- Registered Nurse with a license to practice in the state of Alabama.
- Valid driver's license.
