Key Responsibilities of the RN:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of our RN teamMonitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accuratelyAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and RN protocolsCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and other Registered Nurses and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plansEducate residents and families on health conditions and care plansMaintain up-to-date and compliant RN documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residentsSupervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other direct care staffQualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN):
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you wish to workNew grads encouraged to apply!Experience in geriatric care
