Property Inspector Orange and Pensacola

We are a growing Vacation Rental Management company and adding new members to our Guest Services Team! We are currently looking to hire Part Time & Full Time Quality Assurance Inspector-Stagers. This position requires working weekends on rotation. Your primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties before and after departure cleans to assure that our cleaning standards are met by housekeeping staff.

The ideal candidate would be a person of good character, courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

The position requires careful adherence to well-defined work; the job is highly precise and requires strong attention to detail. Checking and double-checking is often necessary; individuals must be patient, conscientious and follow established procedures closely. The work is largely routine, with no need to modify procedures. It involves providing support and service to others in an environment free from competition.

• Must pass criminal background check and drug test

• Inspect rental properties before and after departure cleans to assure that cleaning standards are met by housekeeping staff
• Record & report issues with cleaning and maintenance on company app
• Light cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping of property surfaces
• General touch up and minor cleaning to assure property is ready for guests
• Take photos & complete inspection checklist on Beach Getaways app
• Responsible for own transportation to properties in Orange Beach
• Deliver & replace inventory items in properties as needed
• Must be flexible in response to the needs of guests and owners
• Strong ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Flexible to perform other related duties when assigned
