You’ll create and lead engaging events and activities for our guests and their families. Whether you’re helping with games, hosting events, or ensuring everyone is having a blast, you’ll play a key role in making memories that last a lifetime. We are seeking full‑time team member to bring energy and enthusiasm to our vibrant resort!
Job SummaryAs an Activities Coordinator, you will…
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising activities such as picnics, sporting events, dances, dinners, and crafts.
- Set‑up and clean‑up after events.
- Maintain a sheet tracking attendance for each activity.
- Train team members and volunteers.
- Distribute the weekly newsletter to resort guests.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.
- Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Education.
- Experience in event or recreational planning preferred. (Think planning sorority or fraternity events.)
- Enjoys working with adults and children of all ages.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexible schedule. Ability to work PM shifts.
