Epic Care Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary This position will support all ambulatory clinical areas for Community Connect affiliate offices. It will encompass daily task work, customer support tickets for break/fix, and center around the customer experience from a clinical perspective. It is a customer service-focused role and requires the individual to be extremely knowledgeable in the Epic Ambulatory clinical setting. The role will support the clinical areas in RWB, Dashboards, Slicer Dicer, MIPS Reporting/Workflows, Registries, Implementations, Security, Support, and other clinical tasks as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities
• 2+ years of Epic Community Connect Epic Care Ambulatory builder experience
• 2+ years of Implementation and support experience
• Reporting, Slicer Dicer, Dashboard knowledge
• Understanding of Security assessment and needs for end users
• Service Now Knowledge and Experience
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Customer Focused
• Ability to work independently and MUST be a Self-Starter Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of Epic Community Connect Epic Care Ambulatory builder experience
• 2+ years of Implementation and support experience
• Reporting, Slicer Dicer, Dashboard knowledge
• Understanding of Security assessment and needs for end users
• Service Now Knowledge and Experience
• Strong Customer Service Skills and Customer Focused

• Regulatory Reporting (MIPS) Badges
