Job Summary Epic Principal Trainer
• As the Epic Principal Trainer, this position will support the day-in-day-out Ambulatory clinical applications for Health Connect affiliate offices.
• The IS Educator delivers training and development programs to all levels of end users to enable them to effectively use the information technology tools and applications required to perform their jobs.
• This position partners with end users and application support groups to analyze training needs and design documentation, classes, workshops, and computer- based training to support the hospital group’s information technology solutions.
• The Educator delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. Clinical Informatics
• This position will support the day-in and day-out applications for Health Connect affiliate offices.
• It will encompass project implementation support, daily task work, customer support tickets, and laser-like focus on improving the customer experience.
• It is a customer service-focused role and requires the individual to be knowledgeable in the Epic Ambulatory application.
• The position will require travel and rounding ies & Responsibilities
• Epic AMB Clinical Virtual Training Experience
• Ability to travel within region and assist in other regions as needed
• Working independently
• Help with implementations of new information and modules Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of Epic Community Connect Clinical Training Provider & Caregiver
• 2+ years of Clinical Informatics AMB Clinical Experience Required Certifications
