• Gathers and empties trash from building floors
• Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs in the meeting rooms
• Cleans pool side area including chairs
• Picks up trash from landscaped areas, parking lot, and common areas
• Reports safety hazards
• Performs other duties as assigned
