Self Storage Operations Manager

Regional Manager - Self Storage Operations (Travel throughout the Loxley, AL to Panama City, FL region)

Lead the operations of 8-12 self‑storage facilities, driving financial performance, sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while developing Property Managers and their teams.

• Oversee operations, budgets, KPIs, and revenue across multiple locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers, including hiring and performance management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational, maintenance, safety, and customer service standards are met.
• Drive sales initiatives, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure consistent execution of company policies.

• 5+ years of multi‑site management experience.
• Strong background in operations, sales, budgeting, and team leadership.
• Experience in self‑storage, retail, property management, or a similar multi‑unit environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
