Bistro Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. Must have availability for mornings and evenings. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and menus.

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with approved menus and recipes
• Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the Dietary department to ensure dietary restrictions and preferences are met
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering, or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
