Pepper Palace is looking for highly motivated, fun-loving seasonal team members to support us. This is a seasonal position, with opportunities to move to year-round based on performance and availability.

We love people who like food and love people. You have a positive attitude, adventurous spirit, and are awesome at multi-tasking. Bonus points for flexibility/adaptability. You must be 18 years or older, and be able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes nights and weekends
. This is a part-time position (less than 30 hours weekly average). The physical demands of the job include extended periods of standing/walking, climbing ladders/step stools, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stoop and bend.

Your primary responsibility is to create fun, exciting, and cool experiences for our guests while educating them on our award-winning products. Bottom line – if we don’t put a smile on every guest’s face, we haven’t done our job. Our mission is to rid the world of the ordinary and to spice up the culinary game with top-notch products that pack a punch and unrivaled flavor!

The seasonal sales associate will support the store management team by generating sales, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
