About the Role

Unarmed Security Officer in Orange Beach, AL providing services at multiple locations and shifts.

• $15-16 per hour with weekly pay and daily pay available on demand.

Shift options:

• 3pm-11pm
• 12am-12pm

• Perform regular and random patrols of multiple premises.
• Report security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
• Perform control procedures when necessary.
• Operate emergency equipment.
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports.
• Investigate breaches of property.

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound communication skills.
• Professional presentation.
• Ability to work in a team and solo.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible roster, 7 days a week.
• Reliable transport.
• Active cellphone.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Alabama Security License preferred but can be provided.
• Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is a plus.
• Veterans and retirees welcome.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret written information under a variety of circumstances.
• Drive a motor vehicle if required.
• Detect and identify sounds relevant to emergencies against distracting noise.
• Move at least 50 lbs at waist height, if required.
• Maintain good mental health and make decisions instantly during emergencies.
• Meet all state requirements for security guard licensure (United or Armed).
