Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced residential plumbing service and diagnostics
• Prepare accurate job estimates and scopes of work
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues
• Ensure compliance with codes and best practices
• Support and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service

Qualifications:

• Active Master Plumber license required
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Estimating experience required
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
