The City of Santa Fe Springs is seeking a Mechanic I to perform skilled mechanical work for maintaining and repairing small engines and equipment. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, overhauling engines, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to diagnose mechanical issues. Occasional overtime and non-standard hours may be required.
